Over the years, I kept seeing the same situations. A buyer discovering the scale of the works only after signing. An owner accepting a quote he doesn’t understand. An investor who doesn’t dare challenge defective work because he wouldn’t know how to argue his case.

These people did nothing wrong. They simply had no one on their side.

High-level technical support exists — developers and property funds never sign without it. It has simply stayed out of reach for private clients. BlueRock Advisors was created to correct that imbalance.
