BLUEROCK ADVISORS attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form:
- First name and surname
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Town where the property is located (optional)
- Type of project
- Description of your project
No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR is collected. We carry out neither profiling nor automated decision-making.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to draw up a proposal.
The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, within the meaning of Article 6.1.b of the GDPR.
Recipients
Your data is processed by BLUEROCK ADVISORS alone. It is neither sold, rented, nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
It is hosted by OVH SAS, on servers located in France. No transfer outside the European Union takes place.
Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for three years from the last contact. Data relating to an assignment is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then in accordance with the applicable statutory limitation periods in construction matters.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@bluerock-advisors.com. You will receive a reply within a maximum of one month.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — or at www.cnil.fr.
Client area
If you have access to your personal client area, the following processing applies in addition to that described above.
Account data. Email address, name, and a password stored in encrypted form — we never have access to it in plain text. For security purposes, we also keep the date of your last login and the IP address used.
Documents made available. Your area contains reference copies of documents relating to your project: drawings, contractual documents, accounting and administrative papers. These may include your identity, the address of the property and financial information. The authoritative version remains the one officially sent to you.
Purpose and legal basis. The sole purpose of this processing is the performance of our assignment and the provision of the related documents. Its legal basis is the performance of the contract between us, within the meaning of Article 6.1.b of the GDPR.
Recipients. Your documents are accessible only to you and to BLUEROCK ADVISORS. No other client can access them. They are not passed on to any third party, save where required by law or expressly necessary for your assignment, in which case you are informed.
Hosting. Documents are hosted by OVH SAS on servers located in France, outside the publicly accessible area of the site. No transfer outside the European Union takes place.
Retention period. Your area remains active for the duration of the contractual relationship. Once it ends, it is maintained for two years to allow you to retrieve your documents, then deactivated. Documents are then kept in accordance with the applicable statutory limitation periods in construction matters. You may request the closure of your access at any time.
Security. Access is protected by a personal password. Files are stored outside the public area of the site and are only delivered after your rights have been verified: no direct download address exists. Exchanges are encrypted by SSL certificate. A session cookie, strictly necessary to keep you logged in, is placed for the duration of your visit.
Notifications. When a document is uploaded or updated, a message informs you at the address associated with your account. That message never contains the document itself or a direct download link.
Cookies
This site places cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, which do not require your consent.
Audience measurement or third-party service cookies are only placed after your agreement, obtained via the banner displayed on your first visit. You can change your choices at any time from that banner.
Security
The site is protected by an SSL certificate encrypting exchanges. Access to data is restricted to authorised persons only.
